A first-time goodwill exception may be possible
A one-time exception may be possible the first time. You must have actively tried to notify the massage practitioner by the morning of your appointment day at the latest, by phone, WhatsApp or email. The practitioner decides whether to grant the exception. It is not guaranteed.
Less than 1 hour: no goodwill exception

Any saved expenses and income from filling the appointment are deducted. You may demonstrate that no loss, or a substantially smaller loss, occurred. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Your enquiry
Send June a message
June cannot answer the phone during a massage. Send her a WhatsApp message at +49 178 8875085 instead, and she will reply as soon as she is free.
You can also email june@luma-wellness.com or use the form. It prepares your message for WhatsApp or email, and June then confirms your appointment personally.
